Apartment Marin
We are a 3-star guest house situated in the centre of the city on one of the main streets filled with coffee shops, just near the hotel Bellevue and the sea! Building has access to the city parking. Our guest house has an apartment and a private room.
The first apartment consists of a guest kitchen, balcony, private en-suite bathroom with shower, and bedroom, with one double king size bed and a sofa for two more extra people.
The private room has an ocean view, one sofa which can be used as a double bed and two single beds and bathroom with shower.
The whole guest house has a romantic atmosphere, and antique furniture. The guest house is also equipped with a barbecue and a big terrace on the top of the building from where you can see the whole city, or make a romantic dinner.

Miki & Ana Guesthouse
Apartments Miki & Ana is located 500 metres from the city centre of Split. The rooms all have views over the port and mountains.
One room has a double bed with balcony.
The other room has one double bed, single bed and cot (if required), as well as a terracy over looking the port and mountains. Air conditioning and Tv are also provided.
The bathroom has shower and toilet.
There is also independant little guesthouse in front of Miki and Ana guesthouse which consist of two double rooms .It is possibile to rent them separate,but it is a perfect for groups of 4 peoples.There is kitchen and bathroom in it.
Miki and Ana are welcoming owners who are pleased to give you all the tips for the best places to eat around town. The beach is a kilometre walk away. Ferry port, train & bus station are also close by.
English, German, Italian and Croatian are spoken by the owners.

Apartments are located 5 minutes walking distance from the bus station, ferry port and train station!
The first apartment has 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the kitchen with all the appliances, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The 2nd floor has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. The apartment is very nice and renovated in a traditional style.
The second apartment is located 200 meters from the first one and 100 meters from the centre.
There are 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The first room has one single bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. Everything is new and very beautiful.
Both apartments are equipped with SAT TV and air conditioner.

Guesthouse Zuvan is located near Marjan pine-forest surrounded by beaches, 8 minutes walk away from Diocletian’s Palace.
The house has 80 m2 and garden with grill, where you can enjoy barbecue has 150 m2. Everything is close from the house and so popular beaches ( rocky, pebbles, sand ) around peninsula is near. Ten minutes by foot in the beautiful pine forest Marjan is the first beach of pebble stones.
There is no private parking but behind the house is parking for about 50 cars.
We can organize one day trips to Omis (25 km from Split) which include rafting on the river Cetina – a really good day out!
